Our Microsoft Teams integration allows users to authenticate with Microsoft and send messages to Microsoft Teams channels. This integration can be used to share the progress of runbooks; therefore reducing time spent in project meetings and giving real-time visibility for everyone involved at the right time.
What can the Microsoft Teams with Authentication integration do?
To be able to choose a Microsoft Teams channel to send the message to, you will need to be authenticated.
Once a user is authenticated, you can select Microsoft Teams channels within Cutover. Select a channel, add a message, and click Save. When the task is started, the message added into the task details is sent to the specific Microsoft Teams channel.
You can send messages to any channel of your choice to keep your teams informed on the latest progress in Cutover. In a simple step, you can greatly enhance the transparency of your critical work by getting information and updates without needing to leave Microsoft Teams.
