Leading Cutover’s technical team, Kieran has previously developed mobile applications for a number of highly prominent organizations, including Tesco and the BBC. He holds 20 years of experience with web, iOS and Android development.

After a few years managing industrial operations in Russia and France, Serge has had international experience building finance teams and organizations in Asia, the US, Brazil, and France. He completed an IPO in Sao Paulo and another one in Paris. He is passionate about supporting value adding projects in inclusive multinational environments.

After nearly 25 years working at Barclays, Manish brought his extensive experience of global IT change in the financial services sector to Cutover. He works with our clients to support their adoption and use of the platform, ensuring they get maximum value.
Maryna is an international finance leader with over 13 years of experience building and leading high-performing, multinational teams. After a decade in the airline industry, she transitioned to the dynamic SaaS scaleup space, where she now drives transformative growth. Maryna combines a productivity-focused, data-driven approach empowering teams to realize their full potential.
Prior to joining Cutover to lead everything Legal, Amanda successfully established and led the internal legal function of two high-growth tech startups, having started her career in top-tier private practice. She is a hands-on legal leader and trusted advisor who works across the company to provide pragmatic, solutions-driven commercial advice.
Filipe is a People (HR) executive with a strong interest in organizational design, executive coaching, employee relations, learning, business partnering and diversity and inclusion. He brings over a decade of experience in dynamic multinational settings including Funding Circle, Shell, CBRE and Jefferies.

Eva has 11+ years of experience in B2B marketing across global medium and large organizations and Series-B startups building growth and demand generation functions from scratch. She worked across industries such as telecoms, media, and finance before moving on to SaaS scale ups in the digital design, customer experience and IT operations spaces.

Walter Kenrich is the Cutover’s new VP of Product Marketing. In previous roles, Walter has defined and launched numerous new and significant revenue generating products and solutions for companies such as Ribbon Communications, Empirix, and Cisco.

Shyna is a data-driven CS executive with 12+ years experience in finance, healthcare, and defense. Her record of creating efficiencies, building consensus, and improving Fortune 500 customer relationships has set her up to manage global CS teams. She has sat on both sides of the table to understand vendors’ strategy and customers’ needs and is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating loyal advocates, and delivering ROI.
Tom Harcastle
VP Global Sales
With 20 years experience in SaaS companies, Tom has extensive experience leading global businesses. Prior to Cutover, he held senior sales leadership positions at Alteryx and Confluent, both of which he joined pre-IPO and helped to scale their revenue and sales processes post-IPO. At Cutover, Tom ensures that customers in EMEA and the US get maximum value from their investment in the Cutover platform.
Chris Bushell
VP Engineering
Chris is an experienced technology leader within software engineering. He has worked across many technologies and in many industries in the UK, Australia and US, as well as large multinational businesses, startups and scale ups. He now leads the engineering team building the Cutover platform.
