These three announcements bring significant improvements for IT operations with AI, application recovery and migration runbooks, and a dedicated major incident management workspace.
General Availability: Cutover AI

Cutover is applying AI models to advance its automated runbooks for any IT operations and enterprise processes. This includes the following new AI-based runbook functionality:
Cutover AI Create
Cutover AI enables users to generate runbooks in seconds, not hours or days. Using text prompts and source content from Cutover, Confluence or other third-party, unstructured data sources, Cutover AI can auto-generate complete runbooks, including tasks and dependencies.
Cutover AI Summarize
Cutover AI analyzes your runbook and generates an editable summary of the runbook’s purpose and what it contains in seconds, enabling users to understand what the goal of a runbook is at a glance.
Cutover AI Improve
The AI Improve feature evaluates your runbook’s effectiveness and suggests intelligent improvements to help you uncover potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies before executing migrations, recoveries or releases. Cutover AI uses execution data to suggest improvements to runbooks as part of a continuous improvement cycle.

The Cutover Application Metastore helps enterprises accelerate and improve the creation and maintenance of accurate runbooks for IT operations processes. The Application Metastore auto-generates application-specific runbooks from templates, at scale, with precision and accuracy. The Application Metastore enhances your application runbooks by:
- Aggregating and accessing application-specific design and run time data including CMDB data to ensure runbook accuracy.
- Improving governance and ensure a consistent approach across the entire IT estate: spanning on-premises, cloud, SaaS and hybrid applications.
- Automatically synchronize runbook application templates with the most up-to-date application-level data to ensure accuracy.

Cutover Respond helps solve the major incident management challenges faced by enterprises. Respond brings seamless collaboration to major incident management by integrating task-based runbooks into a shared incident workspace with integrated tools like Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, and ServiceNow. Cutover Respond includes an incident workspace that provides:
- A user-friendly interface that makes collaboration easy and reduces the burden on Major Incident Managers when administering the event
