Our commitment to ESG

At Cutover we recognize that long-term success goes hand-in-hand with responsible action. Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives are not just checkboxes — incorporating them sensibly is part of how we work, make decisions, and build for the future.

Environmental responsibility

We’re working to reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to a sustainable future.

  • Carbon Measurements: We aim to measure and report our Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by the end of the 2025 fiscal year.
  • Sustainable practices: We are incorporating eco-conscious decisions across our operations, from responsible waste management to green procurement policies.
  • Future focus: We are exploring carbon offset initiatives and circular economy models as part of our long-term sustainability strategy, with the aim of reducing our overall emissions.

Social impact

We are committed to making a meaningful difference for both our people and the communities we serve. Some of our key initiatives include:

  • Cutover for Good, launched in 2022, includes partnerships with local NGOs. We support these organizations through fundraising efforts, employee volunteering days, and seasonal charity toy collections for children and pets.
  • We have implemented inclusive workplace policies, covering areas such as menopause, pregnancy loss, and enhanced parental leave.
  • We host gender inclusion listening sessions to hear directly from female employees and ensure their perspectives are represented.
  • Our Human Skills Program provides over 10 hours of training to all employees, covering critical topics such as inclusion, unconscious bias, and leadership development.

Governance & transparency

We believe strong governance fosters trust among our teams, customers, and partners. Our current initiatives include:

  • An ESG Working Group, tasked with providing leadership and strategic direction for our sustainability efforts.
  • An ongoing policy refresh across our people, equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI), and ethics standards to ensure relevance and clarity.
  • Bi-annual performance reviews, supported by a calibration process designed to mitigate potential bias.
  • Regular employee engagement surveys, followed by targeted action planning based on feedback.
  • A continued commitment to data privacy, legal compliance, and ethical conduct in all areas of our operations.

Our goals & progress

We hold ourselves accountable by setting clear goals and tracking measurable progress.
